Manufacturer of high-end, specialty surgical devices required a custom protective case solution that matched their corporate brand image.

Challenge:
Our client required a case and insert solution that both protected their surgical devices and matched their brand image. Branding and image were as important as protection. An off-the-shelf case would not work for their solution.

Solutions:
1) To maintain brand identity and differentiation, we designed and fabricated a custom case. The case has a unique exterior texture and color. The hinges and trim were specifically selected to support the client’s brand story;
2) Cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene was chosen for the insert to support the clean image of the case. Along with the aesthetic performance, this foam has excellent cushioning performance, low off-gassing properties and is cleanable.
